Try Before You Buy

We encourage you to try the software before purchasing. You can download a free trial version from Aneesoft Downloads Center.

Where to Buy

Aneesoft software cannot be purchased in stores. Our software is only available for purchase online. You may purchase it directly from Aneesoft Online Store or some affiliate websites of Aneesoft Corporation.

Online Ordering Safety

All of Aneesoft orders are processed by the professional e-commerce providers SWREG & RegNow. Both of these two companies uses industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card and other personal information.

Your browser should indicate a secure connection by displaying a padlock, or similar icon, and the URL in the address bar will begin with "https" instead of "http".

Delivery Times

Registration keys are delivered via email to the address you provide on the order form. Orders placed during business hours (7 days a week, 8AM - 6PM CST) should be processed quickly. Orders placed after business hours may take until the following business day.

You'll receive a Registration Email immediately after this order is completed by our e-commerce providers. If you didn't get your Registration Key, you may check your SPAM mailbox or contact us via sales@aneesoft.com.

Problems with an Order

Please contact us via sales@aneesoft.com regarding any problems with your order. Your order may be delayed for any of the following reasons:

  • You did not provide correct name, address and contact information in your order.
  • We encountered a problem with your credit card.
  • You ordered a product which you are not eligable for (an upgrade when you do not have a registration for an earlier version, for example).
  • You are purchasing an upgrade or add-on and we were unable to locate your previous registration.
  • Your order requires us to verify the order with you before completing the transaction.

If we encounter a problem with your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible via e-mail. To resolve the issue, you can respond via e-mail.

Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us via support@aneesoft.com to ask for assistance from a Customer Service representative. If we are not able to resolve your problem, we may be able to offer a full refund on your purchase.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer numerous customer payment options including: Mastercard, Eurocard, VISA, Delta, JCB, Switch, Solo, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, US personal check, International Money Orders, bank wires and PayPal. The checkout process allows users to purchase with their currency of preference.

Volume Licensing

Site and volume license are available for organizations such as businesses that are looking to license multiple copies of a single Aneesoft product for use in their organization. A license of this type may be purchased by a company, individual, government agency or non-profit organization. Volume license pricing allows you to purchase units at any time, with discounts based on the total number of units purchased under your organization's license. Volume license include one copy of the product and a license to install that product on a certain number of machines.

Educational Licensing

Educator license pricing applies to accredited schools that are purchasing units for internal use. To qualify, your school must be an accredited school. (Think public schools, universities, community colleges, etc). This must be verifiable. 

Many schools purchase multiple copies of Aneesoft products for installation on their school computers, for use in students' projects. These ranges from 5 to 2000 copies, depending on the size of the school.
